Paras Kalnawat quits Kundali Bhagya along with Shraddha Arya as they pen heartfelt note about working on the ZEE TV show
After quitting Anupama about two years ago, Paras Kalnawat who played Samar in the Star Plus show, joined Kundali Bhagya last year as the leading man Rajveer Luthra. Now, a year after playing the son to Shraddha Arya’s Preeta Luthra and Shakti Anand’s Karan Luthra, the actor has decided to bid adieu. Taking to social media, as he revealed this news to his social media fam, he also mentioned how he is moving out on a good note and has also piqued their interest by insisting that he has interesting projects to look ahead.
Paras Kalnawat took to his Instagram feed to share photos with his co-stars Adrija Roy, who is currently playing Dr. Palki in the show, his previous co-star Sana Sayyad who played Palki prior to her maternity break, his onscreen mother Shraddha Arya, his onscreen twin brother Shaurya i.e. Basheer Ali, onscreen father Shakti Anand, onscreen aunt Anjum Fakih, and many others in an emotional farewell note.
“Every beginning has an end and every end is a new beginning. Goodbyes are not easy but here I am bidding goodbye to a show that has been closest to my heart and a show that has worked like magic in story of my life. Thank you @balajitelefilmslimite @ektarkapoor ma'am, @zeetv @varunthebabbar sir, @tanusridgupta ma'am, @ritesh.n.yadav ji, @sahil.sharma540 sir, entire production and direction team ,all my coactors and crew members who were more like a family to me. I will always be thankful for this opportunity. And how can I not thank my insta fam and everyone of you who has been supporting me through my journey. I am nothing without you all and all I need is your love and support. Cannot wait to unfold another chapter of my journey. And trust me this chapter will blow your mind. Love You All.”, he wrote and concluded adding, “Signing Off As RAJVEER LUTHRA <3”.
The note comes a few hours after Shraddha Arya, who has been playing Preeta Luthra for seven and half years also bid her farewell. The actress, who is on her way to motherhood, also penned a poignant note about leaving the Zee TV serial as she said, “You won’t believe that I wrote and deleted this caption at least 25 times ‘cuz.. nothing .. no words could truly describe what I carry in my heart at this moment.. the moment I bid adieu to my most successful, nurturing, gratifying, lasting & Loyal piece of work.”

Shraddha, who has shared screen space with 3 different Karan Luthras namely, Dheeraj Dhoopar, Shakti Arora, and Shakti Anand in the show, added, “This Show saw me Grow.. grow from a silly- goofy young girl to a married responsible (now) mother to be (who’s still quite silly & goofy but that’s besides the point). So you can imagine how close this journey has been to my heart. 7 AND A HALF YEARS of being PREETA were nothing short of a real life fairy tale with Fancy Clothes, Fame, popularity, wonderful work team & co actors, travel, glamour, challenging scenes, Dance , Drama , and everything that an Artist’s Perfect life is build of. Kundali Bhagya is a popular ZEE TV family drama that airs on the channel everyday at 8:30 pm. The show is one of the longest running shows on the channel and has acquired immense fame in the past seven and half years.
