Hina Khan shares a post on ‘The Ripple Effect’ of decisions amid cancer treatment; pens emotional note on ‘self-destruction’

Hina Khan is currently winning hearts on social media, smiling through her pain and sharing her intense journey of her battle with cancer. Amid posts about her extensive treatments and about the painful symptoms she has been experiencing post chemotherapy, the actress shared a cryptic post on The Ripple Effect of decisions and along with that, the actress shared a rather emotional note on self-destruction, which seems to have grabbed attention among netizens on the social media platform.

In a recent post which was shared by Hina Khan on her Instagram story, it read, “The Ripple Effect of One Small Decision!” Followed by that, the actress penned a note saying, “Self destruction starts with ignorance, arrogance, ego and zero tolerance.. when you become a swellhead.. Mr KNOW IT ALL, you simply dismiss advise, suggestions and opinions of others.. and you eventually Loose your mind.. And trust you wudnt know.. So, Think before you act.. Your one action can ruin everything for you and your loved ones (emoji) Just have a look at the ripple effect of one wrong decision above (emoji) Think before you open your mouth.. And remember only a fool knows everything..”

Earlier as Hina Khan shared a glimpse of her fitness regime on social media where she is seen lifting weights and doing exercises in the gym, she received a lot of love from fans who continued to cheer for her and her health. The actress also asserted that she started this only after taking advice from her doctors. “Thousand Reasons may present itself to pull you down everyday. But I have a Promise to fulfil for my future self. And I am committed, are you ? PS: This is strictly done under My Doctor’s Advice and Trainers Supervision. Only when my body allows,” she captioned the video.

For the unversed, Hina Khan revealed being diagnosed with cancer in June this year which left many of her fans concerned. However, since then, the actress has been showcasing immense strength as she continued to share updates about her health including her treatment wherein she cut her hair as a part of chemotherapy.
