Badshah calls his Rs 8 crores Rolls Royce “Bakwas”: “Swift aur Innova se badhiya koi gaadi nahi hai”

Rapper and songwriter Badshah, known for his chart-topping hits and unique style, recently opened up about his passion for sneakers and luxury cars. In an interview with The Lallantop, the artist shared insights into his high-end collection of sneakers and cars, making surprising statements about his luxury vehicle preferences.

Badshah’s Love for Sneakers: Over 1000 Pairs and a Rs 22 Lakh Gem Badshah is no stranger to high fashion, and his sneaker collection is a testament to that. The rapper revealed that he owns more than 1000 pairs of sneakers, far surpassing the estimated 500 pairs. “I stopped counting after 500, but when I moved houses, I realised I have more than 1000,” he said. Although he only wears a select few, the rest serve as part of his ever-growing collection.

Among his prized possessions is a rare pair of Nike Yeezy 2 sneakers, a collaboration between Kanye West and Nike. The current market value of these sneakers is estimated at around Rs 22 lakh, though Badshah mentioned he purchased them for Rs 6 lakh. “I didn’t buy it as an investment. I bought the shoe because I’m a sneakerhead,” he explained. He also added that he plans to wear the sneakers on stage if he ever wins a Grammy. Badshah on Cars: ‘Swift aur Innova se badhiya koi gaadi nahi hai’ Apart from his sneaker obsession, Badshah also addressed his taste for luxury cars. With a Rolls Royce priced at around Rs 8 crore and a Mercedes-Benz G Wagon in his garage, one would assume he enjoys cruising in such high-end vehicles. However, Badshah’s take on his expensive cars was far from expected.

When asked about the experience of driving the Rolls Royce, Badshah said bluntly, “Bakwas hai, Swift se badhiya koi gaadi nahi hai (It’s rubbish, no car is better than the Swift).” He further praised the Maruti Suzuki Swift and Toyota Innova, claiming, “Swift aur Innova se badhiya koi gaadi nahi bani (Swift and Innova are the best cars ever).”

Speaking of the professional front, Badshah has been recently announced as the brand ambassador of Dyson OnTrac Headphones India.
