Vinay Pathak and Raima Sen starrer Aliya Basu Gayab Hai first look poster revealed

In the last two years, romantic dramas and action-packed films have dominated the screens, leaving thriller enthusiasts craving more edge-of-the-seat experiences. Their wait is finally over. Today, Rehab Pictures announced the first look poster of Aliya Basu Gayab Hai. Featuring a cast Vinay Pathak, Raima Sen, and Salim Diwan, this film is set to be Indian cinema’s most twisted and gripping thriller, releasing on August 9th, 2024.

The first look poster, now available, showcases the lead cast and promises a thriller that delves into flawed characters and their selfish desires. The poster has garnered immediate attention, setting the stage for this much-anticipated film. The trailer set to release soon.

Producer Dr. Sattar Diwan shared his excitement and stated, “My sole aim as a producer and filmmaker is to entertain audiences. With ‘Aliya Basu Gayab Hai’ I am reuniting with the versatile actress Raima Sen, and also working with the solid actor Vinay Pathak for the first time. All the three actors including Salim Diwan have worked brilliantly in the film and we at Rehab Pictures along with writer and director have designed a thrilling experience specifically for the big screens that offers the shocking twists and turns.”

Producer Jonu Rana echoed this sentiment and said, “We have spared no effort in making ‘Aliya Basu Gayab Hai’ an entertaining and thrilling spectacle for audiences. With a stellar cast on board, we guarantee twists and turns that will exceed expectations.”

Director Preeti Singh who previously directed a short film “The lovers”, expressed her enthusiasm, adding, “Aliya Basu Gayab Hai' is my first feature film which makes it a very special project for me. As a director, I’ve always dreamed of creating a film like this for big-screen audiences. Thanks to the incredible team and lead cast, we’re finally bringing the most thrilling film of the season. What sets this film apart is its writing, which truly makes it ‘The Most Thrilling Film’ of the year. I am confident audiences will enjoy watching it as much as we enjoyed making it.”
