The event, which saw the attendance of celebrities like Jackie Shroff and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, was a celebration of Asha Bhosle's life and music career.

He began by respectfully kissing her feet, eliciting a smile from the veteran singer. With assistance from helpers, Sonu then gently washed and dried her feet. Finally, he expressed his deep respect by folding his hands and bowing before leaving the stage.
