R Ashwin goes Praful! Cricketer explains hattrick to Supriya Pathak's Hansa in hilarious ad, watch 

Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin recently took a hilarious turn, channelling his inner Praful from the iconic sitcom Khichdi. In a new commercial, Ashwin shares the screen with the inimitable Supriya Pathak, who reprises her beloved role as Hansa.

The ad features a delightful exchange between the two. Hansa, ever curious, poses a question to Ashwin: "What exactly is this hattrick business everyone keeps talking about?" Taking on the mantle of Hansa's endearingly simple husband Praful, Ashwin launches into an explanation of the cricketing term "hattrick."

The glimpse shared online has left fans in stitches. The prospect of Ashwin mimicking Praful's distinct mannerisms and Supriya Pathak's return to the iconic character is sure to tickle the funny bone. “Hansa bhabhi and Ash anna collab we never knew we needed,” wrote a user while another commented, “Hansa x Ashwin dropped before GTA VI.”
