Bigg Boss 17: Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu Chopra comes in support of Mannara Chopra post her showdown with Ankita Lokhande, Isha Malviya, and Ayesha Khan
The competition inside the Bigg Boss 17 house has become quite rigorous with the show inching towards finale and Mannara Chopra has become the first female contestant to have bagged the finalist spot in the show. The actress, however, had to encounter a traumatic situation inside the house when she came in support of Munawar Faruqui as the latter had a showdown with Vicky Jain. Ankita Lokhande, Isha Malviya, and Ayesha Khan jumped in Vicky’s defense and attacked Mannara rather brutally, albeit verbally, passing some unfavourable remarks. Reacting to their behaviour, Priyanka Chopra’s mother Madhu Chopra, who is also a relative of Mannara Chopra, came in support of the latter and even went on to call them uncivilized.
In the video, which has been shared online, Ankita Lokhande, Isha Malviya, and Ayesha Khan lashed out at Mannara Chopra and even directed some derogatory comments towards her. Joining them was also Vicky Jain but despite the situation turning hostile and amid the chaos, Mannara seems to have been able to stand her ground and did not react much, letting the contestants continue their argument. As the video gained momentum on the platform and many of Mannara fans came in support of the star, one among them was Dr. Madhu Chopra, mother of Priyanka Chopra. She dropped a comment saying, “OMG! They are behaving uncivilized”.

On the other hand, former Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestant and popular Bollywood actress Pooja Bhatt also decided to support Mannara and took to X, formerly known as Twitter, wherein she posted, ““Very, very Improper, the way you are sitting.” Says a male contestant attempting to shame #MannaraChopra who is merely attempting to protect a friend. When all else fails, shame the woman and then go on to self righteously call yourself a ‘Gentleman’. Not cool. #Biggboss17”
