Aamir Khan blends traditions for Ira and Nupur Shikhare wedding; unites families in combined Mehendi and Haldi ceremony

Bollywood actor Aamir Khan is gearing up for his daughter Ira Khan’s big day and is leaving no stone unturned to make sure all the traditions and rituals are celebrated to the hilt before the next celebration today on January 6. The actor can be seen overseeing the intricacies of Maharashtrian pre-wedding rituals, following authentic traditions.

Taking on the responsibilities of a caring father, Aamir Khan is overseeing the arrangements for the Shagun Ki Mehendi and Haldi ceremony, aligning with the authentic traditions desired by the groom's family. The event witnessed the participation of family members adorned in traditional attire, including nath, Gajra, and other exquisite jewellery.

Aamir Khan ensured that the women in his family donned the traditional Navvari Sarees, mirroring the attire of the Shikhare women. Aamir decided to combine the Mehendi and Haldi ceremonies. The picture from the occasion featured Nisha, Gauri, Reena, Aamir Khan, Nikhat (sister), Laxmi, Leena, and Farhat (sister).

For the unversed, Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare exchanged vows in an intimate register marriage ceremony in Mumbai on January 3. The private event was graced by close family and friends who gathered to witness the couple's commitment to each other.

Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: AIIMS panel submits conclusive findings to the CBI

For over three months, the country has been waiting to find out the reason behind Sushant Singh Rajput’s untimely death. The actor died by suicide on June 14 and his family along with his industry colleagues were keen on a CBI inquiry. However, after a simulation of his room in his Bandra apartment, the CBI sought help from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences’ Forensic Department. A team of four doctors led by Dr. Sudhir Gupta started looking into the late actor’s forensic and viscera reports. As per the reports, after a study of over 40 days, the panel of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has submitted its conclusive findings to the CBI. The panel had earlier nullified the angle of a murder and had assured that the reports were being examined in all the possible angles.
