Rohit Shetty and Varun Dhawan congratulate Jacqueline Fernandez on her latest photo with Jean-Claude Van Damme

Not too long ago, Jacqueline Fernandez set internet ablaze with photos trending on social media. It first started with her rendezvous with American pop singer-musician Selena Gomez in Tuscany which prompted questions about a potential collaboration on the cards. Adding to it, her recent Instagram post featuring Hollywood action star Jean-Claude Van Damme too garnered massive attention, leaving fans wondering if she is planning on taking the international route. Now cheering for the actress is her Cirkus director Rohit Shetty and Judwaa co-star Varun Dhawan.

The two celebrities took to social media to express their excitement and happiness by seeing Jacqueline Fernandez with Jean Claude Van Damme and even hinted about them doing a project together. While Varun Dhawan commented, “Legend???????? I’m talking about van dam jacky ❤️”, Rohit Shetty too took to his story to congratulate as he wrote, “My Teenage Action Star! Jacky, I’m talking about Van Damme???????????? Congratulations and All The Best”. While their posts have further left fan wondering, sources close to the actress have maintained that it’s too early to say definitively whether she will follow in the footsteps of other Indian actors who’ve made a name for themselves internationally.

Interestingly, Jacqueline Fernandez last appeared in the international project Tell It Like A Woman, an Indo-Italian collaboration which also received Oscar nomination. On the Bollywood front, the actress is expected to be working on a film titled Fateh, which is expected to co-star Sonu Sood. The actress will also feature alongside several actors and actresses in Welcome To The Jungle, which features actors like Raveena Tandon, Lara Dutta, Disha Patani, Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, among others.
