The recent fairytale like wedding ceremony of Parineeti Chopra has won many hearts and ever since that day, the actress too has been sharing several glimpses from the lovely ceremony. Just like her ivory-themed engagement, her wedding ceremony was a dreamy affair with subtle shades of beige and white as the colour theme. While she shared a sneak peek into the traditional Punjabi in a beautiful video on social media, we caught hold of this fun picture from her chooda ceremony.

Ever since last month, news reports have been abuzz about the wedding details of Parineeti Chopra and politician Raghav Chadha. Amid the same, the invitations for the wedding ceremonies found its way online and became viral. In the same, it was revealed that Parineeti will be having a chooda ceremony where the bride is made to adorn a set of traditional red and white bangles along with Kaleere (golden umbrella shaped ornament attached to bangles), which is a part of the Punjabi custom. The choora is hidden with a pair of cloth, and it is unveiled right before the bride is taken for the ceremony. While this small ceremony holds a lot of importance in a Punjabi wedding, it is attended by the bride’s side of the family. We got hold of a photo from the function, wherein the actress was seen in a no-glam look in an ethnic yellow Anarkali suit.

For the unversed, Parineeti Chopra and Raghav Chadha hosted a week-long celebration of their wedding, which kick started in Delhi. The couple later flew to Rajasthan to tie the knot in a beautiful ceremony at the Leela Palace in Udaipur.
